Just a Minute began on BBC Radio 4 in 1967 and has become a classic panel game which is still popular on Radio 4 today. Guests have to talk for 60 seconds on topics ranging from 'My Ticklish Bit' to 'Eating Winkles' without repetition, deviation or hesitation. As ever, the Chairman is suave but embattled Nicholas Parsons. Panellists are Peter Jones, Derek Nimmo, Paul Merton, Fred MacAulay, Graham Norton, Tim Rice, Linda Smith, Julian Clary, Jenny Eclair, Clement Freud, Stephen Frost and Tony Hawks. These four shows were recorded in Bath, Edinburgh, Brighton and Sheffield, with the latter show being Derek Nimmo's last appearance on Just a Minute.
Against all the odds...a brilliant tribute to a show that changed the face of radio comedy forever.

—— Marie ClaireAbout the awful, hilarious, embarrassing places where children and adults meet, and Hornby has captured it with delightful precision
—— Irish TimesIt takes a writer with real talent to make this work, and Hornby has it - in buckets
