It is great to come across a book that will be enjoyed by the people it is intended for. . . There is so much charming detail to pore over.

Worth buying for their stunning, detailed illustrations alone. Chuffing brilliant as ever, as the train might say.

This is a lovely gentle story that has a familiar, traditional feel to it. The illustrations are very detailed and wonderfully busy. . . Each time I looked at the book, I found something new in every picture, and this will hold the attention of even young children.
