I couldn't believe I was reading about renting a Sandy the Sander sanding machine and thinking: 'Well, maybe,' marvelling at her ability to create panda doorknobs and thanking Stacey for teaching me what a Rawlplug does.

You've shown people that... you can just go down the DIY shop, get the stuff and do it and you don't need to rely on anyone else. You can do it yourself.
