What’s Your Vibe?

Brought to you by Penguin.

I am now in a place where I've learned to have good vibes, to be true to myself, but it hasn't always been this way. This is not a traditional memoir, and it's not a self-help book either. It's a series of lessons learned from a life lived, many of which I've only realised in retrospect - after all, it is only through living that we can learn and grow.

I'm still learning, still a journeyman, with much to still absorb; still making mistakes, still striving. But I feel privileged now - after a lot of interesting twists and turns along the way - to share my journey with you.

This is my story of how I have learned to tune back in and rediscover my good vibes.

From DJ gigs in Southampton nightclubs to chart-topping global fame, Craig David found overnight success as a teenager. With no place for feelings of insecurity, he learned to push them down, building a reputation as the man who always had a smile on his face.

Further down the line, things began to unravel. All the negative feelings Craig had been ignoring rose to the surface. He had to change his thinking.

In Craig's much-anticipated first book - part-memoir, part self-help - he shares his journey of reinvention, self-love and acceptance, and the lessons he's learned along the way.

In a modern world that limits wisdom to 'facts' and women's access even to those, Dr Estés has restored the fire - for us all.

—— Gloria Steinem

This volume reminds us that we are nature for all our sophistication, that we are still wild, and the recovery of that vitality will itself set us right in the world

—— Thomas Moore, author of Care of the Soul

A life-enhancing way to make contact with our deep feminine instincts: the wild woman within

—— Irish Times

All women should read this. In fact, mothers should pass the knowledge contained in these pages down to their daughters as they turn 16. It's insightful and inspirational and gets you back in touch with your authentic self.

—— June Sarpong

The disciplined application of fundamental concepts is synonymous with elite performance. As a former Navy SEAL and combat leader, simplicity has always been a critical component to thriving in high-stress scenarios. Dandapani provides clear, concise, simple instruction for anyone to achieve elite focus in their life.

—— Natural Stone Specialist

A moving testimony to the power of art, of finding the extraordinary in the everyday and acting upon your instinct. To walk with Searle in its pages is to experience stone within a new light... as a part-knowable, ever-shifting medium in the process of slow but perpetual change, one long work-in-progress.

—— Alex Woodcock , Caught by the River

'Truly one of the most inspirational women you'll ever meet'

In her Nature reanimates the stories of the past to reveal, brilliantly, the conditions through which women so often have to battle in the present... [it] will make you want to run, and to experience something of the hard-won emotional and physical freedom that Hewitt's prose so movingly evokes

A life-affirming book about the thrill of exploring the great outdoors, asking why so many women are excluded from running, hiking and mountaineering. An urgent, beautifully written and fiercely important book

—— HELEN CASTOR, author of She-Wolves

With intimate attention and in beautiful prose, IN HER NATURE moves deftly between the inner life and the great outdoors.
